I’m Dillon Higgins, Founder & CEO of Surge Media. I started it out of a Penn State fraternity house, studying marketing by day and building the company every night.
The whole system, built in-house
Most agencies run ads and stop there. I built the whole system instead: Meta ads, sales funnels, data tracking, and a complete follow-up system, all engineered in-house. Every lead is tracked, followed up, and measured from the first click to the closed job.

Surge Media has created 1,000+ ads across 40+ industries, with results like a $20 lead that turned into a $22,000 job.
The mission
In May 2026 I registered Surge Media LLC in Mendham, New Jersey. The mission: scale Surge Media into the largest marketing company in the U.S.
